Barbara A. Elliott
AVP & Human Resources Officer

Barbara Elliott holds the title of Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Officer. Ms. Elliott has been employed in the human resources field since 1985; joining Putnam Bank in 2000. A lifelong resident of northeastern Connecticut, Barbara attended Quinebaug Valley Community College and has completed extensive coursework in the human resources field. She is currently Vice President of the Northeastern Connecticut Human Resources Association.

Ms. Elliott is a strong community supporter and is a member of the Day Kimball Hospital Women's Board, the Friends of Hospice Committee and is active with the Relay for Life, March of Dimes and Deary Road Race. Barbara, her husband and family make their home in Woodstock.
