SVP / Compliance & Risk Management Officer

Ms. Bannister joined Putnam Bank in 2007 as a seasoned risk management professional with over 25 years of banking experience.  Ms. Bannister oversees the bank’s compliance and risk programs, including information security, to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and law.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Ms. Bannister is a member of the Day Kimball Hospital Woman's Board and has volunteered for organizations including Habitat for Humanity, the United Way, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.  She resides within the bank's Northeast community.
