Lisa Balter
AVP & Branch Manager, Gales Ferry

Lisa Balter is the Branch Manager/AVP of the Gales Ferry Office. Mrs. Balter has a solid career in banking, with over 20 years of banking and loan origination experience. Her background includes extensive experience in sales and branch management, as well as mortgage origination, and life insurance and annuity sales.  She is a Life Insurance Program Manager through Vantis Life.

Lisa holds a certificate from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, and is a licensed Savings Bank Life Insurance sales agent. She has also taken numerous courses through the Center for Financial Training, most recently receiving top honors in Supervisory Management.  

Active in the community Ms. Balter is a member of the Ledyard Rotary Club, the Southeast Connecticut Women’s Business Network, SECT Chamber, Greater Norwich Chamber and Town of Ledyard Nursing Board.

Lisa and her husband currently reside in Gales Ferry.
