"The Community Reinvestment Act was originated in 1977 and revised in 1995," notes Karen Dorway, President of BAUERFINANCIAL Inc. Couple the success Putnam Savings has had reaching out to its community with the financial success it has achieved, and you know you are dealing with a true winner."
