Appointment of John Miller to Board of Directors

August 1, 2006: John P. Miller has been appointed to the Boards of Directors of PSB Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Putnam Savings Bank. Mr. Miller also was appointed to the board of directors of Putnam Bancorp, MHC, the majority stockholder of the company.
Mr. Miller is President and Owner of the National Chromium Company, Inc. National Chromium is a metal finishing company that specializes in Chromium and Nickel coatings, servicing accounts across the United States. He is also an Adjunct Instructor of Business Management at Quinebaug Valley Community College. Mr. Miller received his MBA from Bryant College.
Mr. Miller holds positions with the Town of Putnam as a Member of the Board of Finance, Chairman of the Economic Development Commission, and a Member of the Putnam Redevelopment Agency. In addition, Mr. Miller is a Member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Putnam Rotary Club.
He also serves on the Boards of Day Kimball Hospital, Northeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, Northeastern Connecticut Human Resource Management Association, and the Quinebaug Valley Community College Foundation.
Mr. Miller, his wife, and two daughters are lifelong residents of Putnam.
