“I’m excited to have Keith join our Business Banking Group,” says Putnam Bank Chairman and CEO Tom Borner. “Keith’s strong ties to the community, his past service to Quinebaug Valley Community College, and his strong banking background which reaches back to Connecticut Bank & Trust, make him a valuable addition to Putnam Bank. The unprecedented growth in our commercial loan portfolio over the past several years is continuing. Keith’s decision to join us at Putnam Bank will help us stay on track as we improve our capacity to serve the depository and lending needs of individuals and businesses throughout eastern Connecticut.”

Keith is very active in the community, and serves on the Putnam Redevelopment Commission, is Vice Chairman of the Putnam Economic Development Commission, Co-chair of the NE CT Division of Leave a Legacy of CT, and is a Past President of the Exchange Club of Northeast CT. Mr. Mosher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brown University in Providence. He and his family make their home in Putnam.
