Helpful Hints


The following is a list of items you should include with your application:

  • W-2s (2 Years) and 4 current paystubs 
  • Landlord or mortgage holder name and address
  • Copy of purchase agreement and/or sales contract 
  • Bank statements for last three months for all accounts
  • Stock and bond information for the last 3 months
  • Last statement for any retirement plan(s)
  • Open loans and mortgages - Name, Account #, Monthly payments, balances
  • Latest credit card statements

Other information that may be requested:

  • If you are self employed or have investment property please provide the last 2 years of full complete tax returns and a year to date profit & loss and balance sheet
  • If divorced or separated, a copy of the divorce decree or maintenance agreement along with a 12 month history of child support/alimony payments if you are required to make these payments or if you receive these payments and want us to consider these payments in connection with your loan request. (IMPORTANT: Alimony, child support, or separate income need not be revealed if you do not wish to have it considered for qualification)
  • Documentation on other income received for the past 12 months if you want us to consider such income in connection with your loan request.
  • If your source of down payment is a gift, a signed letter is needed from the donor to verify that you are not required to repay the funds
  • On a construction loan, a signed construction contract with a cost breakdown and builder plans and specs
