Online Loan and Banking Applications
Online Loan and Banking Applications are submitted through the bank’s secure administration site, which is encrypted. Access to the systems and application information is limited to authorized employees who need the information in order to provide you with banking products or services.
Our Secure Contact Form
Putnam Bank provides a secure contact form, which allows you to communicate with us through the use of a secure portal. Bank staff will receive a notification that you have posted a secure message and will contact you either by phone call or by email (with non-sensitive information). Also, our Online Banking service provides for a secure two-way message center.
Putnam Bank will never request confidential information through regular or non-encrypted e-mail.
Disclosing Information under Certain Circumstances
We may disclosure certain nonpublic personal information about you when required or permitted by law.
